Seemed like a good idea at the time...

Dear son is away for the night, so the girls have their best friend round for a sleepover.

'Sleep'over?  Pah!  So far there has only been screaming and jumping about!

These are the goodie-purses I have made them for the morning…


Suitably filled with chocolate, chapsticks and loom bands!


Hoping they will gain me adequate mummy-points for an early night tomorrow xxx

    Loving the pretty lacy zips. I think you will have three very happy girls tomorrow. "Sleepover" is such a misnomer! I have hosted many and they should be renamed wideawakeovers!

    I *hate* sleepovers with the fire of a thousand suns. I think letting them have one at all should earn you all the mummy points!

    You are the best mum in the world. What fun for your girls. But I never understood where thevterm "sleepover" came from because there is no sleeping, as you know.
