This week has gone way too quickly, half term has been a washout and I'll be back to work tomorrow and I'm not looking forward to that at all.
So onto the cheerier things that have been going on round here this weekend...
Mail...
My delivery from U-Handbag arrived quick as a flash, even arriving before Lisa offered 15% off until tomorrow, (so be quick); I think I am all set to receive my partner details from Nicky and her trusty sidekick Helen.
Today I pulled the fabrics for my next challenge in the Stitch Tease Bee; this time I am making 'curves' for Annabella, and as before, it's all top secret, but I'll give you a sneaky peak when I have this one stitched up.
And finally, especially for those feeling that there is a London-sized gap in their lives after last weekend, the kids made these for the Reception class's Little London that will be displayed at school next week...
Happy days xxx
I am back to work tomorrow and have that horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach :-( Love the London buses, very clever
ReplyDeleteThose are fancy photo corners! I like the busses and taxi.
ReplyDeleteLots of different sized frames, you are very adventurous!! I wouldn't dare! Love the buses, they're great!
ReplyDeleteThose are seriously cool buses and taxi! Clever kiddos!
ReplyDeleteThe buses and taxi are marvellous - you've got three talented children!! I think we're waiting for about ten people to complete their tasks and we can start assigning partners! Feel free to attempt to bribe me for a lovely partner ;o)
ReplyDeleteLove love lovetty love those buses!
ReplyDeleteYes I am back to work tomorrow too :( I had most of the two previous weeks off with illness so its going to be really hard to go back and do a full four days! Great 'mail' items and those buses and taxi are fantastic! I hope your week goes well :)

ReplyDeleteAll these framed purses are making me just an ickle bit jealous!!!!!!!!!!! better get me some hardware methinks xxxx
My order hasn't come from U handbag yet. Probably as well as I've only been home from a weekend away for a few hours and will not be bag/purse making tonight. Mind I've spotted something I want to buy so maybe I should take advantage of that 15% off which I missed out on too!
ReplyDeleteCool buses! I especially like the french driver in the black one! Jxo
ReplyDeleteHappy days indeed - the buses are very cool London, and can`t wait to see what you make for me but only another 9 months or so! Your mail looks like something from Silence of the Lambs!
ReplyDeleteYour bus would have had FQR on the front I guess! Glad you are ready for any purse requirement Hadley!

What are the white and brown bits? Sarah calls it cording but why two sizes and why two colors?
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to seeing all the loveliness you will make from the 'hardware'! Annabella should be used to waiting a l..o..n..g time for swap items!☺
ReplyDeleteYour kids are obviously a chip off the old block!
ReplyDeleteMonday mornings are the worst, especially after a wet half term. The bag frames look cool, I'm gutted that I missed the swap sign up!
ReplyDeleteI am looking forward to making Annabella's block but right now I am stumped on Danny's. Your purse frames look fun. I like that angular one, and can't wait to see what you do with it.
