Stars on Sunday...

Stars, lots of stars...

Big star...

14" block
Little stars...

3" blocks
And some in between...

5" blocks
8" blocks
Now to start on the layout!

The lack of sunshine makes the jade appear more blue here than it actually is, and the sticky gunk on the bottom of my iron has left these in need of a proper pressing after I get it cleaned; however I think you can tell how much trimming I had to do last night!

  8. Love your stars! I have an iron cleaning suggestion- if your iron has stainless steel base, I use Fairy power spray on a slightly warm iron for no more than recommended time- so in ventilated area, the stuff stinks, but cleans my iron beautifully- Anthea Turner has nothing on me

  26. So you sat and thought, I'll have some one square centres, some 4 square centres, and some centres made from 4 HSTs. And I'll make some big blocks, some small blocks, and some ridiculous teeny tiny blocks. I know, I'll put 4HST blocks in the middle of the microscopic stars, *thats* a good idea

You're a nutter! I don't like making HSTs at the best of times, but those are just plan gobsmacking!
