I really meant to have some stuff to show you this evening, but instead I have been pre-occupied with this...
... and a bunch of my favourite people; one of whom will be receiving something made from these...

Look at the Y seams!! |
... which I started cutting after tea and is already finished
. I know, another of my
not-so-secret secret makes!
'B' marks the spot for finding Canadians.
ReplyDeleteSob :-(
ReplyDeleteWhy am I always to last to know! Spill! Jxo
ReplyDeleteI'm with Sarah :(
ReplyDeleteI'm just nosey, wanting to know what a complete stranger is up to...
ReplyDeleteI live on the far left of your picture by the A3 sign, just in case you feel the need to swing my way!... ;o)
ReplyDeleteI'm with Judith, spill!
ReplyDeleteWait a second… that's not the way to get to Canada…! :-)
ReplyDeleteThose seams are so well-executed that it took me a minute to realize they're y-seams, despite your pointing it out. In fact, I was going to say, "uhm, Hadley, those aren't y-seams" before I looked a little closer at the blocks and went, 'oh. OH!" Now I see it - it's in the construction. I would have cut that last piece into a square and a piece to avoid such a seam. You rocked them.
Jeez, your line is so much shorter than mine. Wait, you're so much shorter than me too ;o)
ReplyDeletePS. I so love that Jude and Trudi missed the point...
So I've totally missed the point too. Spill. Just a hint, though, you're going to need a boat to get to my house....
ReplyDeleteThose damned Canadians get everywhere! Looks like you have some fun plans for this weekend, and you are the queen of the secret squirrels at the moment!! Have fun. x
ReplyDeleteIs this your Brit Bee meet up Southern edition? Lovely Y seams my dear.
ReplyDeleteThat's really cool to see the map. My Uncle lives in Guildford & my great Aunt is at Aldershot.
ReplyDeleteYay! I am very excited about tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteHopefully C has warned you guys that I am gatecrashing ;0P
Well done, I'm not good with 'Y' seams, I'd have done partial seaming as I find it easier.
