Rainbow Quilts

In a week or so, Jennifer will be sending out mammoth parcels for Round Two of the Rainbow Charm Swap to the 56 person-strong crew!  If that wasn't enough, I have also signed up for Kati's Color Wheel Charm Swap too!

In anticipation, and inspired by the charms I received in Round One, I have been pinning away to find the elusive rainbow of my dreams.  So far I am still undecided...

  1. I've been doing the same! I have a small collection of rainbow quilt photos, but still can't decide which to go with. It's a great problem to have, isn't it?

  2. I'm afraid that I will be the one holding everyone up! My fabric still hasn't arrived to send back to jennifer! Perhaps I could send it to you for the Colour Wheel Swap?! Thanks for the inspiration!

  3. I have a rainbow board on Pinterest too, but no rainbow blocks (everybody say ahhhh) I am definitey signing up for the next swap :-) i really like the top photo, and have just seen that D9P tops can have a bit of an optical illusion thing going on. It didn't look like a D9P, but as if there were blocks on top of blocks. I'm off to stalk your Pinterest :-)

  4. These are all gorgeous. I've been wanting to have a go at colourwash for a while, but it's still on the 'to do' list! Jxo

  5. Talking about rainbows makes me think of curves - Would a rainbow half single girl quilt work? Or fans? Dresden plates? May not be your thing though!

    Love the hexie one!
