Just popping in...

... which is obviously way better than popping out!

Today's mish mash pretty much looks like the contents of my head right now.  Things arriving in preparation for retreat...

Random bits of fabric from the Prints to Polkadots bargain bin...

And decorated gingerbread men destined for the School and Village Duck Race cake stall...

There has been a little Retro Flower sewing, and I am still awaiting my magnets, so hopefully I will have something more substantial to show soon.

PS.  I heard a rumour we might get some sunshine over the weekend!

  5. Either your gingerbread men have very high boy bits (the mind boggles!) or one, central, nipple which they're embarrassed about...maybe they're hoping to distract the eye with a very big smile?

  11. Is your pencil for the embroidery class with Aneela, what is it/where is it from? I tried out my pencil that made me so happy when I brought it, turns out it is USELESS! I am so glad I tried it before taking it to london! This is why I dont buy sewing gadgets and reply on a good old standard pencil!

  12. I don't think I want to imagine how a gingerbread man would go in a duck race (soggily I think), still, the rest looks fun!

PS, we now have the rain...
