I do not accept...

...that the summer is over!!  If I had my way, August would end in a couple of weeks time.

So it is with some disdain that I am linking with Fresh Sewing Day!

Well this was a month of 24/7 kids, family, holidays and Olympics, so my sewing output was seriously restricted.

I did make a whole quilt for Sizzix/FOQ/CottonPatch, and a hell of a lot of other blocks, so I mustn't grumble!

We have quite literally just got back from Legoland though, so I will fill you in with that and more tomorrow; but for now I need to catch up with Doctor Who, (and a million emails/blog posts); the perfect start to September x

  12. What great makes, Hadley. Really really love the petal blocks! They are going to make a fabulous quilt.

Conversely, I am totally ready for September and back to school. Then I may have half a chance to do some sewing while the baby sleeps if her sister is in school. All I have done for the past 6 weeks is referee squabbles!
