This is my mini-ironing board cover, the state it was in before this weekend, the fully-fledged horror of the conditions I was pressing my small pieces on. It has looked like this for a long time.

But thanks to a kick up the butt by one of the 7 year olds, and to be honest, 15 minutes from start to finish, now I have a brand spanking new board cover that I am again proud to press on...
It's not all glamourous this stitching business, but it just got a little more presentable round here!

ReplyDeleteThat's a very cute cover you have now. My mini board's metalwork got a bit warped so I chucked it and bought a new one from Ikea. For £6 it wasn't worth the effort or the fabric to me because I'm only going to burn holes in it again.
